Job Summary
GTM Leader responsible for the company’s global revenue strategy and execution across enterprise sales, customer success, partnerships, revenue operations, and commercial expansion. Owns growth initiatives from acquisition to monetization, partnering with Product and Engineering to build product-led growth loops, and collaborates with the founders and executive team to transform product adoption into a durable, scalable revenue engine. Build and scale the commercial business across startups to large enterprises, identify high-value customer segments, develop strategic relationships with AI labs, cloud providers, and channel partners, define long-term go-to-market strategy, and establish forecasting, reporting, and operating systems. Lead and develop leaders across Growth, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations, driving an ambitious, accountable, customer-obsessed organization with global impact. Location: San Francisco Bay Area (SF), with a focus on in-office leadership in San Francisco.
