Job Summary
GTM Lead at Basis drives international expansion by building and converting commercial pipelines, localizing strategic relationships, and translating research capabilities into customer value. This role requires a strong background in developing UK/EU markets while also supporting US growth. Ideal candidates should have experience in early-stage ventures, a deep understanding of technical innovation, and proven ability to structure complex partnerships. Responsibilities include conducting customer discovery, negotiating partnerships, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with Systems Engineers to align commercial opportunities with technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert commercial pipelines in technical domains
- Experience with international market development, particularly in UK/EU markets
- Sufficient technical depth to engage with AI researchers and enterprise customers
- Experience with complex deal structuring, including design partnerships and contract negotiations
- Proven relationship building with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and in uncertainty
