Job Summary
GTM Lead responsible for turning early traction into a repeatable GTM machine. Own the pipeline number with qualified discovery meetings, build and scale the outbound engine (cold call, LinkedIn, email cadences), develop additional pipeline channels (webinars, trade fairs, partnerships), hire and onboard the GTM team, own the tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, AI-assisted outreach), ensure discovery calls convert, and define market messaging through content (LinkedIn posts, industry articles, whitepapers) to educate the market and shape positioning.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B/Enterprise Software, hands on the wheel
- experience designing outbound from scratch
- ability to own pipeline and hit targets
- ability to build and scale GTM teams
- native German, strong professional English (C1+)
