Job Summary
GTM Intern needed to support A11’s outbound sales, GTM, and marketing initiatives from the CEO Office. You’ll work on A11’s own growth, spanning go-to-market research (ICP), campaign setup, pipeline operations, content creation (drafts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters), event materials and on-site logistics, and general cross-functional support across GTM, Sales, and Marketing. Regular coaching, exposure to senior leadership, and a diverse, hands-on role with no client work are key features. The role requires hands-on execution across research, campaigns, CRM hygiene (HubSpot), and marketing support, with German (C2/native) and professional English, and located in Berlin for the duration of the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, marketing, communications, or related)
- First experience in a commercial, marketing, or startup environment — internships count
- Strong communicator, organized, and genuinely curious
- Comfortable with data and structure — you don't shy away from a spreadsheet
- Fast learner with a hands-on mindset
- German at C2 or native level, English at professional level
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship
