Job Summary
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI/SaaS products and IT staffing services, defining target accounts and buyer personas. Plan and lead demand generation campaigns via LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and events to drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel pipeline. Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team, ensuring smooth handoffs of sales-ready opportunities. Create value propositions, pitch decks, and product narratives while supporting demos and bid preparation for RFPs and RFQs. Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging, enable deal pursuits, and optimize campaign performance for conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 1- 2Years
- 1+ years in GTM / Product Marketing / Demand Generation
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation and campaign execution
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of RFP/RFQ/SOW processes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI / SaaS / enterprise product marketing
- Exposure to IT services (staffing or consulting)
