Job Summary
GTM Enterprise Application Manager responsible for owning and evolving PlexTrac's GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, Relevance) including configuration, data integrity, and platform reliability across the full revenue lifecycle; develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Flow, and Lightning components; architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and the RevOps stack; partner with RevOps and Security to ensure data security and access controls; support the RevOps AI agent ecosystem; maintain technical documentation; manage user access lifecycle; act as primary escalation point for system issues; review system usage and data quality; remote-US only.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing Salesforce or a similar CRM in a sales or revenue operations setting
- Salesforce development skills - Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning components
- Ability to independently break down a business problem into a scoped technical spec and execute it
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes: pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and renewal workflows
- Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting system design decisions to both technical peers and executive stakeholders
