Job Summary
Lead development of AI agents for Growth Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Partnership functions to automate workflows and accelerate deals. Convert go-to-market tools into distinct agents that handle routine tasks across varying industries and sales funnel stages. Design systems, templates, and data pipelines powering outbound sequences, lead nurturing, and customer onboarding. Build prospect research and account-scoring pipelines to surface high-fit venues and enrich them with operational signals. Develop vertical-specific demo environments and ROI calculators translating computer vision outputs into buyer persona metrics. Operate the outbound infrastructure stack, tuning deliverability and conversation state machines based on live performance data. Work side-by-side in the Miami office with GTM leaders to ship experiments quickly and feed learnings into the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building, deploying and using agents on a daily basis
- Ability to design, implement, present, and operate independently without oversight
- Experience with public cloud such as AWS
- Comfortable wiring together modern GTM tooling (HubSpot, SmartLead/Instantly, Clay, Apollo, Zapier/n8n, Notion) and writing Python or TypeScript to glue systems together
- Hands-on experience prompting and orchestrating LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) for production use cases — not just chat, but agents, classification, and structured output
- Experience with SQL and data warehouse or relational DB's such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake
- Self-motivated, critical thinking and enthusiastic in solving real-world problems
- Good business insight and exceptional analytical skills

- Exposure to B2B marketing and sales motions
- Prior work building internal tools and dashboards that were actually adopted by a non-engineering team
