GTM Engineer

Job Summary
Founding GTM Engineer role building AI-powered workflow automation to automate revenue operations. You’ll design and ship systems behind how we operate and go-to-market, from signal sourcing to automated outreach, and deploy automation for clients alongside product and services. You will work closely with the GTM team, RevOps, and customer-facing groups, aiming to replace repetitive manual work with reliable, scalable automation within a fast-moving startup environment. Key skills include building durable automations, AI tooling ( Claude/ Claude Code ), systems integration across tools, autonomous idea generation and execution, and clear communication across teams. This role is hybrid, with three days in-person per week at the Montreal office. Experience with CRM fluency (HubSpot/Salesforce) and client-facing backgrounds are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven builder with automation that survives real use
- AI-first mindset (Claude/Claude Code)
- Systems integration experience (automation platforms or custom code)
- Self-starter who can sell ideas and execute without hand-holding
- Strong cross-team communication and ability to explain systems to non-technical stakeholders
