Job Summary
Build and ship lightweight custom web apps that bypass slow SaaS interfaces, and design AI-powered workflows to directly move metrics like pipeline generation and win rate. Monitor data consistency across systems, catching issues early and deploying sustainable automated fixes. Investigate complex integration and workflow problems to deliver stable long-term solutions rather than patches. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to transform daily friction points into custom technical improvements. Stay ahead of the AI curve by tracking new models and platform features to bring clear adoption recommendations. This full-time role in Berlin requires at least five years in technical operations or software engineering with proven experience using AI coding assistants and Python.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering with a strong focus on internal tooling
- Proven experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to develop, debug, and ship functional web applications
- Working knowledge of Python and basic web technologies (HTML, JS); you are able to read code, follow logic, and steer agentic coding tools effectively
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier
- Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, HubSpot, or equivalent
- You can manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward building solutions rather than settling for workarounds
