Job Summary
GTM Engineer needed to architect and operate Kana’s AI-first demand-generation engine. Own the technical stack for Go-To-Market strategy, scale high-volume outbound outreach, maintain the HubSpot system of record, and drive inbound/SEO content and paid campaigns. Role emphasizes building APIs/webhooks integrations, automating workflows, testing messaging and landing pages, and leveraging AI platforms to optimize campaigns. A background in Growth Engineering or RevOps is preferred; candidate will act as a technical-minded builder and, alongside founders, shape Kana’s GTM motion. Compensation base $150–$175K, full benefits; remote work available.
