GTM Engineer

Founding Growth role to design and build Sapien's growth stack from scratch. Owns the infrastructure, automation, channels, and experiments that make GTM motion faster, smarter, and more repeatable. Responsibilities include building and owning the growth stack (CRM architecture, enrichment, automation, lead routing, dashboards, reporting), enabling AI-powered workflows, defining actionable metrics, running structured experiments across outbound systems, paid media, content distribution, events, and partnerships, supporting marketing execution (landing pages, campaigns, email programs), and creating repeatable playbooks from winning results. The role is a flexible, utility position that collaborates directly with founders and the sales team, with potential evolution into growth ops leadership. Requirements emphasize builder mentality, 2–4+ years in growth/RevOps/consulting/startups, strong process orientation, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows.
