GTM Engineer (RevOps)

Job Summary
GTM Engineer in RevOps building and scaling revenue systems across the GTM funnel. Owns connectivity across GTM tooling (CRM, marketing platforms, sales engagement, analytics) and designs scalable workflows to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue operations. Develops native integrations, leverages APIs and low/no-code tools, and automates seller workflows (call prep, post-call follow-ups, CRM hygiene, proposal generation). Partners with Engineering on complex builds, exploring AI-enabled workflows to drive efficiency, risk scoring, and action recommendations. Focuses on data-driven decision-making, pipeline visibility, and enabling Commercial, Product, and Customer teams through automation and governance. Hybrid working arrangement with at least 2 days per week in the London office; role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven GTM strategy, and scalable, governance-aware systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or a GTM systems role
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Comfortable with native integrations, APIs, and automation tools
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve GTM effectiveness
- Experience with low/no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make) or scripting (SQL, Python)
- Strong data literacy and ability to structure and interpret data
- Ability to prioritize work based on business impact
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
