Job Summary
Fuelius is seeking a GTM Engineer responsible for designing, building, and running outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads at scale. The role involves sourcing and enriching prospect data, automating workflows, and maintaining an efficient outbound technology stack. Candidates should have experience with tools such as Clay and HubSpot, and exhibit a strong commercial mindset. This position provides an opportunity to shape the GTM function and have a direct impact on pipeline generation and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a similar function
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism
- Experience building workflows, automations, or integrations in HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, or through direct API work
- Commercial awareness and understanding of lead generation
- Natural inclination towards experimentation and testing new ideas
- Familiarity with the GTM engineering space
