Job Summary
GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations to own and evolve ContactMonkey’s GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay. Build AI-enabled revenue automation (lead enrichment, routing, personalization, territory/account matching), manage lead and account distribution, and partner with Marketing on demand-gen operations. Own analytics and forecasting foundations across data sources (AWS AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, CRM systems) and contribute to MEDDIC adoption, Gong-enabled enablement, and scalable, low-code/no-code solutions. The role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI automation, requiring a builder-operator mindset with 5+ years in related fields and hands-on experience with GTM tooling. The position is based in downtown Toronto with hybrid in-office three days per week; flexible work-from-anywhere arrangements are noted for the company’s broader benefits, and compensation is provided in CAD for a net-new Toronto-based posting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (architecture, data quality, reporting)
- Experience with Clay (or ability to master) for AI-powered automations
- Data fluency with SQL and analytics infrastructure
- Understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions (pipeline generation, forecasting, MEDDIC)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Salesforce Flow)
- Experience with Gong administration, enablement workflows, or sales coaching insights
- Experience with AI personalization at scale, outbound automation, intent-based routing, lead scoring, or account scoring
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholder groups (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance)
- Basic scripting experience in Python/JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, HubSpot Operations Hub, APIs, webhook-based automation
- High attention to data hygiene and governance
- Hybrid/remote collaboration in a fast-growth SaaS environment
