GTM Engineer: Revenue Acceleration

Job Summary
Build and deploy AI-powered, production-grade workflows and agentic systems to accelerate GTM opportunities, surface deal insights, automate meeting preparation and follow-ups, and coordinate co-sell and partner engagement. You’ll partner with Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing to translate field needs into scalable, governed solutions, integrating CRM and marketing/engagement platforms, applying prompt engineering and LLM capabilities, and measuring impact on pipeline and conversion. The role requires deep knowledge of enterprise B2B sales processes, experience with GTM automation tools, and the ability to deliver durable infrastructure with cost and performance guardrails.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in GTM engineering, sales operations, or a technical role embedded within an enterprise sales organization
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and agentic systems
- Experience integrating GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, partner platforms, Gong or similar tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions and value engineering
