Job Summary
GTM Engineer to own and scale Privy's GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and Snowflake, build integrations across marketing, sales, CS, and revenue leadership, and lead AI-powered revenue automation. Responsibilities cover designing scalable data architectures, AI-driven workflows, lead routing and forecasting, revenue analytics, and governance for AI tools, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, Data Engineering or similar technical GTM role
- Expert-level Salesforce administration, architecture, automation, and integration experience
- Strong Snowflake experience including data modeling, SQL development, ETL workflows, and analytics
- Experience building, deploying, and managing AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic automation systems
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered GTM tools and platforms
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets
- Proven ability to design and maintain complex integrations between business systems and data platforms
- Experience with RevOps/MarTech tooling including enrichment, marketing automation, sales engagement, attribution, and analytics platforms
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
