Job Summary
GTM Engineer to build Nuitée’s product-led GTM infrastructure from scratch, working directly with the VP Growth to track, score, enrich, route, and convert demand from 3,500 companies signed up in the last year. Role involves designing dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted workflows that sit close to revenue; responsibilities include determining how to track and prioritize demand, integrating data sources (web, product usage, enrichment tools), and enabling faster decision-making in growth and sales. Candidates should have 3–5 years in GTM/RevOps or technical growth roles, strong SQL, API and scripting skills, and experience with tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; proficiency with AI tools for building scalable solutions is highly valued. The role offers remote-in-EU or hybrid-in-Barcelona arrangements, with a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment that emphasizes building from zero and redefining travel infrastructure through an API-first platform.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or growth marketing that became progressively more technical
- SQL proficiency
- APIs and scripting familiarity
- experience with tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery
- ability to build from zero and own end-to-end growth infrastructure
- comfortable with AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit
- B2B SaaS or API-first background
