Job Summary
Build data pipelines moving information between Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, and Slack while maintaining accuracy and monitoring sync integrity. Ship internal tools including forecast trackers, scoring dashboards, and comp calculators that execute against defined specs. Integrate LLMs and AI-driven workflows for enrichment, scoring rationale, and automated outreach support across the sales funnel. Own data quality governance, field hygiene, and pipeline health to ensure system reliability and compliance. Support Area Directors and Account Executives by surfacing friction and delivering rapid iterations on new integrations as the GTM function evolves.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in an analytical / data engineering / software engineering role
- SQL
- at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
- fluency with AI tooling
- experience building end-to-end data pipelines
- ability to take a clearly scoped problem and return a working tool
- ability to quantify impact in revenue terms
- data governance, quality, and integrity skills
- ability to design software without a dedicated designer
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- eligibility to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- experience building within a defined scope, not just to query
- ability to ask good clarifying questions when a spec is incomplete
- experience integrating LLMs into GTM workflows
- application of Model Context Protocol or similar agent frameworks to internal tooling
- experience with Gong, Common Room, Clay, or comparable parts of a modern GTM stack
- experience selling into or supporting technical, hardware, or government/defense buyers
- a portfolio of systems you built and the results they produced
