Job Summary
GTM Engineer to build the systems and workflows powering how Macroscope finds, sells to, and supports customers. Own CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations. Work at the intersection of sales, customer success, engineering, and product to identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and scale processes. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, sales, and customer success; bring automation-first mindset and experiment with AI tools to drive better outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building operational systems, automations, or internal tools
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrating systems together
- Experience writing code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or similar languages is a strong plus
- Early adopter of emerging AI technologies with a track record of practical implementation
- Experience evaluating and implementing new AI tools
- AI-native operator who instinctively looks for opportunities to leverage automation, agents, and generative AI to achieve better outcomes.
