Job Summary
Build and ship lightweight custom web apps that bypass slow SaaS interfaces to accelerate commercial team velocity. Design and deploy AI-powered workflows targeting pipeline generation, win rate, and net revenue retention. Maintain and own selected GTM tools end-to-end, automating routine upkeep so time focuses on building next-generation solutions. Monitor data consistency across systems, catching issues early and implementing sustainable automated fixes. Investigate complex integration, workflow, and app issues to deliver stable long-term solutions rather than temporary patches. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to transform daily friction points into custom technical improvements. Work within the GTM Planning and Operations team in Berlin to keep the commercial engine running for enterprise clients like Adidas and Sephora.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering with a strong focus on internal tooling
- Proven experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to develop, debug, and ship functional web applications
- Working knowledge of Python and basic web technologies (HTML, JS); you are able to read code, follow logic, and steer agentic coding tools effectively
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier
- Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, HubSpot, or equivalent
- You can manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward building solutions rather than settling for workarounds
