GTM Engineer
$112,500–$123,750 year
Hybrid · New York City, New York, United States
Job Summary
GTM Engineer in Justworks' Revenue Operations focused on building and owning production-grade internal tools and data pipelines that empower sellers, CS reps, and revenue leaders. Responsibilities include designing and implementing internal GTM applications (e.g., seller intelligence dashboards, deal briefing surfaces, renewal risk consoles, CS health views) atop the GTM data stack (Salesforce, Snowflake, Gong, Zendesk); stitching together the GTM stack via API integration (Salesforce, Gong, MCP-enabled tools); embedding AI into revenue workflows (LLM-powered features, prompt engineering, RAG, tool use) and delivering measurable, self-reporting solutions; partnering with Data & Analytics to extend ELT pipelines from Salesforce, Gong, and Zendesk into Snowflake; and rapidly moving ideas from discovery to production with maintainability and impact. Qualifications emphasize production experience, fluency in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript, API experience with LLMs, API integrations across enterprise systems, SQL and data warehouse familiarity, and the ability to scope technical solutions independently. The role sits in Revenue Operations and requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Data & Analytics, with a base NYC salary range of $112,500–$123,750 and a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications — backend services, internal tools, or data-intensive systems
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript fluency
- Demonstrated experience building LLM-powered features or applications using APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience integrating APIs across enterprise systems (Salesforce, Gong, or equivalent GTM tooling)
- SQL fluency; comfort working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- Ability to go from a vague business problem to a scoped technical solution without hand-holding
