Job Summary
GTM Engineer at HopSkipDrive, working within the Revenue Operations/GTM engineering space to optimize Salesforce and the GTM tool stack, design cross-system integrations, and champion AI-first approaches to automate workflows. You’ll manage Salesforce administration, tool inventory, vendor relationships, workflow design, and data enrichment pipelines, collaborating with RevOps leadership to deliver scalable technical solutions and self-serve documentation for end users.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin within a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on expertise (flows, validation rules, permission sets, custom objects, reporting)
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with experience using LLMs, automation agents, or AI-assisted enrichment tools
- Hands-on experience managing a SaaS GTM tool stack including renewal tracking, vendor evaluation, and ROI analysis (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff)
- Strong technical aptitude for system integrations via REST APIs, native connectors, or iPaaS (Zapier, Make, Workato)
- Ability to build automations, debug integrations, and work with APIs; capable of understanding documentation and applying solutions
- Build AI agents and workflows that assist reps in preparing for calls, auto-populate CRM after meetings, surface risk signals
- Ownership mindset; ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Comfort with remote-work setup and contributing in a remote-first, cross-functional environment
