Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the GTM lifecycle, including prospecting intelligence, account research, signal monitoring, and renewal plays. Evolve automation portfolios from deterministic rules toward agentic logic with guardrails and human review steps. Build production automations using Workato and custom code to manage lead routing, enrichment orchestration, and pipeline governance. Ship internal applications using AI-native tools to reduce reliance on fragmented point solutions and prototype automation patterns for the Gong-on-Gong initiative. Embed with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success stakeholders to pressure-test builds via rep ride-alongs and call listening. Measure success through business outcomes like pipeline creation, conversion lift, and seller productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years building automations, internal tools, or production software
- GTM engineering, RevOps, growth ops, and software engineering backgrounds
- Builds with code (required)
- Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Fluency with APIs and webhooks
- Use of version control by default
- Ability to show things built, at work or on your own
- AI-native
- Regular use of LLMs and AI coding tools to ship real business workflows
- Understanding of prompting, evaluation, tool use, and failure modes
- Ability to explain when AI is and is not the right solution
- Automation & GTM stack fluency
- Experience with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, dbt, Gong)
- Commercial instinct
- Understanding of how a revenue organization works
