GTM Engineer

Architect and build scalable GTM systems and AI-enabled automation to power Granola's revenue engine. Own the technical layer that connects data, tools, and workflows, partnering with Sales, CS, and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable solutions. Design internal tools, API integrations, and automation logic within the stack (Attio, Polytomic, Default, Trigger.dev, GitHub). Deploy AI agents for GTM tasks (account research, pre-call intelligence, personalized outreach) and wire them into operational systems. Design the GTM data model (accounts, contacts, opportunities) and manage data pipelines and enrichments. Be a bridge between teams to operationalize GTM strategy and iterate rapidly. Requires 5+ years in technical roles with experience designing and scaling systems in high-growth contexts and proven AI deployment experience. In-person in London with remote option available.
