GTM Engineer (German-Speaking)

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end delivery of GTM-Engine projects—from discovery and system design to execution and measurable pipeline impact. Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures (automations, integrations, workflows). Lead technical validation and client alignment during both sales and delivery phases. Design and standardize high-performing signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound frameworks; integrate tools (Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly) and automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) for scalable systems; evaluate new data sources (ad intent, firmographic APIs, product usage signals). Build and maintain internal GTM knowledge infrastructure (playbooks, templates, Loom walkthroughs); establish delivery standards; mentor junior engineers and working students. Identify winning use cases and translate them into repeatable frameworks; collaborate on service design and GTM methodology refinement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects (SaaS or professional services).
- Deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture.
- Hands-on experience with: Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly; Automation tools: Make.com, n8n, Zapier; HubSpot CRM (data architecture, workflows, integrations)
- Advanced use of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis.
- Strong project management skills and client-facing communication (English C1 & German C2).
