Job Summary
Sales Enablement & Training Lead responsible for building the company’s first formal enablement program and scalable training for enterprise AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success. Focus on developing construction-domain expertise and translating field reality into credible, credible-selling curricula; including onboarding, certification, playbooks, and AI-assisted, self-service training systems. Lead content development, certification frameworks, and tooling (LMS) to scale enablement; collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps; define KPIs and measure training impact (onboarding ramp, time-to-domain-credibility, quota attainment, win rates). Require deep learning agility, exceptional teaching/coaching abilities, and proficiency with AI tools to accelerate content creation and training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years across sales, sales training, and/or enablement, ideally including direct enterprise selling or rep coaching
- Experience building AI-enabled or self-service training, such as simulation-based practice, AI-assisted content creation, or conversational knowledge tools
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled or self-service training programs
- Direct experience in construction tech, AEC, industrial SaaS, PropTech, or operational technology
- Certifications in sales coaching, enablement, training, or leadership development
- Experience implementing LMS or enablement tooling
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult-learning skills
- Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them to build training
