Job Summary
GTM Campaign Execution for end-to-end product launches, feature updates, growth initiatives, and lifecycle marketing. Develop actionable plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with product, analytics, design, CRM, and operations to ensure high-quality launches; manage campaign calendars and prioritize concurrent projects. Oversee channel management for owned media and ensure consistent messaging across channels; drive campaign operations with precise targeting, optimal timing, and zero mis-sends; monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, retention) and identify optimization opportunities; provide regular updates on campaign progress and results.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations experience (consumer tech/startup preferred)
- deep understanding of CRM channels and ability to utilize marketing automation tools
- hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel GTM campaigns
- ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights
- high ownership to manage and deliver multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
