Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market and business teams, with initial emphasis on Sales. Build proactive pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative market research. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define strategies, calibrate candidate quality, and refine role requirements. Establish scalable workflows using Ashby and modern technologies, design structured interview processes, and train interviewers for consistent evaluation. Continuously improve recruiting through data, experimentation, and AI-powered tools. Deliver a candidate experience reflecting company values while building lasting relationships with high-caliber talent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- ideally in venture-backed startups or other high-growth technology companies
- A strong track record of hiring high-performing Go-to-Market talent
- particularly in Sales and Customer Success
- Exceptional sourcing skills
- a passion for proactively finding and engaging passive candidates
- Strong business judgment
