Job Summary
We are seeking a senior GTM Automation Lead to develop systems that drive top-of-funnel effectiveness. The role involves creating signal-based activation workflows, designing enrichment waterfalls, and enhancing SDR workflows. Key qualifications include over 5 years of experience in GTM or Marketing Operations, proficiency with sequencing tools, and strong skills in Salesforce and modern GTM tooling. The position is pivotal in generating measurable pipeline impacts through close collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar
- Hands-on experience with sequencing tools (Gong Engage preferred)
- Proven ability to build automation that drives pipeline outcomes
- Strong Salesforce fluency (activation layer, not platform ownership)
- Comfort operating in modern GTM tooling + no/low-code environments
Desired Qualifications
- Zapier / Make / N8n / Lovable / webhooks / APIs
- Deliverability + outbound quality controls
- SQL or data warehouse exposure
- Experience operationalizing signal-based GTM plays at scale
