Job Summary

GTM Associate to help us build the US sales pipeline from the ground up and operate like a founder. You’ll own the top of funnel for US sales, identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, and shape the US GTM narrative. You’ll break into new markets through targeted experiments to open geographies and industry segments, support live deals with the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leads (RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, early GTM strategy involvement), and run executive events (dinners, roundtables, CFO leadership series) to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles. The role offers ownership potential with a bonus linked to company revenue and a fast track to sales leadership within ~8–12 months. You should be commercially sharp, curious, and thrive in ambiguity, with strong relationship-building and first-principles problem-solving skills. You’ll work with teams from top-tier firms and startups, and collaborate across functions to drive revenue growth.
