Job Summary
GTM Associate role focused on building a commercial engine from zero. Responsibilities include owning the top of funnel for sales, identifying strategic accounts, running multi-channel outbound, qualifying opportunities, shaping GTM narrative, breaking into new markets, prioritizing target companies, running targeted experiments, supporting live deals with the CCO and Commercial Leads (RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support), and coordinating/sponsoring C-suite level events to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles. The role offers ownership and a fast track to sales leadership, with strong emphasis on revenue growth, relationship-building with executives, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and finance. Qualifications emphasize commercially sharp mindset, curiosity, and ability to operate like a founder in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years experience in elite environment (law, banking, consulting, startups, VC or similar) and willingness to drive revenue growth
