Job Summary
Define product positioning and messaging frameworks by vertical, segment, persona, and channel to ensure a consistent narrative across the revenue organization. Create segmentation strategies, identify emerging market opportunities, and guide BDR targeting and campaign prioritization. Support enterprise opportunities with deal strategy, structure RFP responses, and design competitive insights to expose weaknesses. Build sales playbooks, battlecards, and enablement materials while tracking competitor dynamics and market feedback. Translate technical product insights into commercial narratives and inputs for product development. Plan lifecycle campaigns and coordinate event planning with Field Marketing and Sales. Based in the Bay Area with up to 30% travel, this fully in-person role at our Santa Clara office requires 3 years of experience in business development, growth marketing, or GTM strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Based in the Bay Area with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available)
- 3 years of experience in business development, growth marketing, product marketing, or GTM strategy
- Graduate in a STEM bachelor's degree from a top university
- Ability to translate technical products into clear commercial narratives
- Experience building segmentation frameworks, sales playbooks, and competitive positioning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
