Job Summary
Lead the self-serve to enterprise motion by writing the playbooks for how we sell, expanding relationships, and telling Arcade's story at scale. Run experiments with Marketing and RevOps to test outbound and expansion plays; use product usage and revenue data to identify accounts ready for enterprise conversations and coach customers through demos, content, and use cases to maximize value. Own enterprise pricing and packaging conversations aligned to customer outcomes, and relay feedback to PMs. The role blends storytelling with hands-on customer work, requiring comfort with high-velocity (40+) deals, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to convert messy customer goals into a clear narrative that drives expansion.

- Familiarity with product-led growth
- Ability to write and ship playbooks, experiments, and scalable processes
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to turn customer goals into a narrative
- Salesforce hygiene, clean pipeline, accurate forecasting
- Data fluency and ability to use product signals to prioritize
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Willingness to work in a remote-capable, distributed team
- Demonstrated experience in pricing and packaging conversations with customers
