Job Summary
GTN AI Engineer role focused on building practical AI-powered tools and automations to accelerate GTM and selected internal operations. You’ll connect data across business tools and internal systems, prototype solutions from messy business problems, create workflows to monitor signals and trigger actions, partner with AI Ops and stakeholders to define MVPs, and maintain existing tools to ensure they’re reliable, secure, and actually used. Emphasis on shipping usable internal apps and automations that reduce manual work and enable revenue-facing teams (marketing, growth, partnerships, SEO, revenue ops).
Required Qualifications
- Technical/engineering experience or strong AI-assisted building experience
- Strong AI fluency: knowledge of LLMs, agents, prompts, tool calls, APIs, structured outputs, retrieval, and AI coding tools in real workflows
- Experience with databases, data pipelines, webhooks, background jobs, third-party tools, or ability to learn and build quickly using AI-assisted development
- Ability to prototype quickly while ensuring reliability, maintainability, security, documentation, and handoff
- Strong product/business judgment: translate business goals into simple, useful systems
- Comfort working with non-technical stakeholders and translating vague requests into clear technical solutions
- Practical experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, n8n, Make, Docker, Git, GCP, Vercel, APIs, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or similar tools
