Job Summary
GTM Account Executive LATAM at Remote People focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification of new business in HRtech/EOR/payroll space. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, executing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events), maintaining a healthy pipeline, conducting discovery calls to assess fit for Horizons’ EOR/payroll solutions, and partnering with AEs to hand over qualified leads. Must have 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales or outbound prospecting, proven outbound success, strong communication, CRM and sales-engagement tool familiarity, and English fluency (Spanish a plus). Growth into a closing AE role is encouraged. Role emphasizes remote/hybrid work with LATAM focus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (HRTech, payroll, or EOR experience a plus)
- Proven success in outbound lead generation, booking meetings and building pipeline
- Strong communication skills: able to craft compelling outreach and engage decision-makers
- Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage a large volume of outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Ambitious self-starter who wants to grow into a closing AE role over time
- Fluency in English (C2 or equivalent). Spanish is a plus
