GSSF MATCH COORDINATOR

Job Summary
Coordinate and conduct GSSF matches across the country by acting as Rangemaster or backup RM, overseeing pre-match, on-site, and post-match activities to ensure safety and success. Analyze and direct range layouts, conduct safety and competitor briefings, and exercise discretion regarding competition conditions. Manage match administration by registering members, collecting fees, entering scores, and producing preliminary and final results. Represent the company professionally while negotiating with Host Clubs, traveling for assignments, and managing inventory of consumables and equipment. Assist in establishing new locations, drafting member communications, and preparing awards and compensation distributions.
Required Qualifications
- 2 -5 years of related match experience and/or training
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment of match safety and range assignments
- Complete knowledge of Firearm Safety
- Working knowledge of the GLOCK pistol
- Range officer certification
- GLOCK armorer certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel by automobile and airplane
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to lift/carry 40 pounds
- Ability to lift weights over 40 lbs with the assistance of another person
