Job Summary
End-to-end claims management: make decisions on claim outcomes, decline or approve claims, manage customer interactions (inbound and outbound), coordinate with suppliers, process payments to suppliers, and finalize claims. Ensure portfolios comply with SLAs and policies, respond accurately to customer inquiries, settle fast track claims when invoices are available, identify recovery opportunities, and flag potentially fraudulent claims for Fraud Investigations. Demonstrates strong customer service, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; knowledge of basic insurance concepts and Case Management is preferred, with AIS certification being a preferred qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
