Job Summary
Provide school-based physical therapy services to students in the Medford/Roseburg area (43-week, 40-hour-per-week contract) during the 2026–2027 school year. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime; compensation includes weekly travel pay. Requires an active Oregon PT license (or eligibility) and relevant physical therapy experience; school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
