Job Summary
Teach preschool in the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) and supervise preschool department with responsibilities that may include assistant ECC director duties; lead recruitment and enrollment efforts, and, depending on skill set, assume leadership opportunities in professional development and program coordination. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development with ZA/ZS endorsement, experience in preschool settings, knowledge of state guidelines and ECE curriculum, strong relationship-building with families, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and openness to creative, child-centered programming and outdoor/innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development
- ZA or ZS endorsement
- Experience working with early childhood students in a preschool setting
- Experience with GSRP or similar publicly funded preschool program
- Ability to lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
- Familiarity with Early Childhood Curriculum
- Ability to coordinate and lead professional development for preschool staff
