GSRP Aide supports Lead and Associate Teachers to create a safe, engaging learning environment for 4-year-olds, assisting with routines, activities, meals, and transitions while adhering to licensing and center guidelines; fosters positive relationships and helps implement age-appropriate activities to prepare children for Kindergarten.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Early childhood coursework or experience preferred
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
