GSRP (Pre-K) Lead Teacher

Job Summary
Lead GSRP Teacher responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-olds using the approved GSRP curriculum; plan and implement daily lessons, conduct observations and assessments, collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and lead parent-teacher conferences. Ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations. Participate in required professional development and coaching, and communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
