GSRP (Pre-K) Lead Teacher

Job Summary
Lead GSRP classroom: plan and implement daily lessons using the approved GSRP curriculum; conduct child observations and assessments using approved tools; collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management; develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each child and lead parent-teacher conferences; ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations; participate in required professional development and coaching; communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
