GSRP Pre-K Associate Teacher

Job Summary
As a GSRP Associate Teacher, you’ll support a Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum; assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools; help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom; build positive relationships with children and families; participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development; candidates should have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (or a valid CDA with a plan to complete an associate degree); experience with preschool-aged children preferred; must meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Or a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a plan to complete an associate degree
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements
- Team player with a passion for early childhood education
