Job Summary
As an Associate Teacher in the GSRP program, support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum, assist in observing and assessing development with approved tools, help maintain a safe, engaging classroom, build positive relationships with children and families, participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development; candidates should have an Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a CDA credential with plan to complete an associate degree; prior preschool experience and ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements are preferred; team-oriented and passionate about early childhood education.

- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Or a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a plan to complete an associate degree
