Job Summary
Assist the GSRP Teacher in preparing instruction and collaboratively develop lessons; participate in Team Teaching; implement the Academy-approved GSRP curriculum and related standards; support language, motor, and social development through hands-on, outdoor, and inquiry-based learning; maintain classroom organization and student records; engage with parents and caregivers to foster collaboration and communication; demonstrate strong instructional techniques, questioning, and appropriate grouping in small and large settings; promote a positive classroom climate and ensure adherence to licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- CDA certificate or Associates degree in Early Childhood Development
- Compliance with all requirements established by the DLARA’s BCHS’ child care licensing staffing requirements including.
