Job Summary
Oversee 24/7/365 security intelligence operations for a major Fortune 500 client, mentoring analysts and driving continuous improvement across processes and technologies. Monitor global events in real time, including national disasters and geopolitical threats, to assess impacts on the client's workforce and operations. Review intelligence products and deliver detailed situational briefings to senior global security leadership. Lead the development of standard operating procedures, best practices, and new tools to enhance operational capabilities and efficiency. Coordinate training initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team readiness and protocol compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, history, political science, criminal justice or related areas of study.
- 7-10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat monitoring and threat assessments.
- Proven experience managing a team in a GSOC or emergency response environment.
- Experience working with global risk intelligence and incident response software.
- Proven ability to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple, unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience evaluating open-source information (media, social media and unclassified information) to conduct incident analysis.
- Experience with emergency mass notification systems.
- Experience with travel risk management software platforms.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
