Job Summary
Conduct monitoring functions on global security issues including petty crime, protests, weather, and natural disasters. Investigate alarms and respond by sending patrols or alerting Emergency Services as needed. Engage in proactive efforts to mitigate risk and inform field personnel of operational concerns. Coordinate corporate response through distribution of advisories and communications. Follow procedures for managing incidents from local levels to global crises. Maintain state guard certification and utilize access control, alarm monitoring, and CCTV systems. Work Sunday day shifts with flexibility to assist the team on any day of the week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or two plus years work experience in military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security
- Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, presentation, and mapping programs
- General knowledge of security systems including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed
