Job Summary
Monitor multiple screens and business intelligence sources to detect, analyze, and alert on incidents impacting client safety, including extreme weather, political instability, and technical failures. Investigate alarms by coordinating security patrols or notifying Fire and Police services as needed. Respond to critical situations calmly while assisting employees with global safety concerns and tracking travel security. Provide customer service by executing site-specific safety procedures and emergency response activities. Requires an active CA Guard Card, one year of security experience, and Level 1 Power to Arrest certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA Guard Card
- Security experience of 1 or more years
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills
- Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
- Use of personal electronic devices while on duty is prohibited
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
