Job Summary
GSOC Operator tasked with proactive support for multiple clients via emergency and non-emergency security operations, dispatching, and alerting across 24/7 operations. Responsibilities include answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring access control alerts and video feeds, coordinating with security officers and emergency services, preparing concise reports, and collaborating with client leadership to respond to incidents. Requires strong written/verbal communication, ability to work under stress, confidentiality, and experience in an operations/communications environment. Overnight shift (9:00PM - 5:30AM) in El Segundo, CA; hourly pay range of $23-$28. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in communications or operations center or related role
- Must be willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems
- Strong customer service/interpersonal skills especially during crises
- Must have reliable means of communication (email, cell phone)
- Must have reliable transportation (public or private)
- Must be willing to sign confidentiality agreement
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon extension of conditional offer
- Ability to work overnight shift (9:00PM - 5:30AM) and sit/stand for extended periods
- Must comply with safety rules and maintain confidentiality
