Job Summary
Monitor multiple screens in a Global Security Operations Center environment to detect, analyze, and alert on incidents impacting client safety, property, or brand image. Investigate alarms by dispatching security patrols or notifying emergency services as needed, while responding to critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach. Provide customer service by executing safety procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, and government. Assist company personnel with travel safety and general security concerns. Work Tuesday through Saturday swing shifts from 1400 to 2230, requiring an active CA Guard Card and one year of security experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA Guard Card
- Security experience of 1 or more years
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills
- Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
